Fagan qualifies for Olympics
Marathon runner Martin Fagan has qualified for the Beijing Olympics. His time of 2 hours 14 minutes 06 seconds at the Dubai Marathon was inside the qualifying time of 2 hours 15 minutes. This despite a painful hip injury that flared up during the race causing him to stop several times as he covered the final kilometres.
